フードテック企業が創業の「スラムバーガー」、AIで管理し高成長=韓国
Slamburger, founded by a food tech company, is growing rapidly thanks to AI management (Korea)
Slam Burger, a fast food brand from Control M, a food tech company that uses AI (artificial intelligence), has opened its second store in Seoul, South Korea.
Since then, it has gained popularity among young people. Slamburger is a brand that was launched with the aim of expanding into overseas markets from the beginning, and is popular among the MZ generation (Millennials and Generation Z, those born between the 1980s and 2000s).
The restaurant's unique menu combines ingredients used in Korean cuisine with handmade hamburgers, and 68% of its customers are in their 20s and 30s.
RestoGenie (R) is a generative AI solution that digitizes all processes in the restaurant business, including delivery and marketing, and improves efficiency.
By the end of the year, three solutions will be available as franchise chain (FC) versions. By 2026, eight solutions will be available for restaurant operators.
The company plans to expand the solution to a B2C version. Rest Genie will manage orders, deliveries, and marketing, and will analyze customer data using AI cameras to develop marketing strategies.
The first store recorded a conversion rate of 41% by operating based on this data. As a result of applying the marketing solution, sales and profits increased by approximately two times.
