The viewership rating for those in their 20s to 49s, which measures the channel's competitiveness and hot topicality, was 4.0 percent, ranking first among all Saturday programs, including variety shows and TV series.
The music festival will feature not only a stage that brings back the romance and sensibility of that era, but also the styling of MCYu Jae Suk and actress Kim Heui Ae, who perfectly recreated the 80s.
Choi Yuri sang "I'll Give You the Love That Remains in Me" (by Jang Hyeri) with a voice that exuded the sensibility of the 80s, delivering a soft and nostalgic performance.
The only mixed duo, LEE YOUNG JI & ralral, livened up the venue with their fun-filled performance of "Now" (Seoul Family).
Next, Choi Jeong-hoon and his band captivated the audience with their emotional performance, saying, "I can't stop smiling."
"Like the way you saw me off" (Lee Eun-ha) and received applause. Park Myung-soo sang "Because I Love You" (Yoo Jae-ha).
Rapper DinDin chose the emotional ballad "Once Again This Night" (Cho Ham-moon) and delivered a performance that rediscovered his vocal talent.
Lee Junyoung, who has transformed into a pop singer, drew standing applause with his live performance of "Picture You" (Park Namjung), the song that sparked the 80s "ㄱㄴ (Kiyokniun) Dance" craze.
The female duo Song Eun Hee and Kim Sook, who Jae Suk invited to perform as the final puzzle of the music festival, sang "Song with You" (Turami) with clear, beautiful voices, earning the title of "harmony master."
Lee Juck shared the secret behind how he changed the song to "Mona Lisa" (by Cho Yongpil) the day before the festival, due to the dramatic copyright approval of King of Songs Cho Yongpil, who was busy with a concert.
Despite still in his learning period, Lee Juck drew cheers from the audience with his explosive singing ability, bringing the festival to a climax. The winners of the Grand Prize of Honor were Lee Juck and Lee Junyoung.
Lee Junyoung, who won both the Popularity Award and the Grand Prize, said, "I'm grateful to my father for teaching me the 80s vibe. I was very worried when I chose 'Picture You,' but Park Namjoo
