The Korean Social Opinion Institute (KSOI), a South Korean polling organization, conducted a survey on the 13th and 14th of this month.
According to a regular survey conducted in the third week of October among 1,000 men and women aged 18 and over, President Lee's approval rating was 51.3%, while his disapproval rating was 43.8%.
Including this latest result, KSOI's survey shows that President Lee's approval rating has fallen three times in a row.
Meanwhile, the ruling Democratic Party of Korea's approval rating was 42.3%, while the main opposition People Power Party's approval rating was 32.2%.
Next were the New Reform Party (2.7%), the Fatherland Reform Party (1.6%), and the Progressive Party (1.1%), with 14.6% of respondents saying they "don't support any political party."
