「テプン商事」ジュノ、トラックの前に寝そべった過酷な夜を予告…「誰も持っていけない」
”Typhoon Family” JUNHO teases harsh night spent lying in front of a truck... ”No one can take it”
※Contains plot summaries and spoilers.

In "Typhoon Family", Junho lay sprawled in front of a lorry; this time, he shields the fabric with his entire body during "Typhoon Night". The contrast between his glamorous days as an "Apgujeong Street Boy" and his current role as an "Asphalt Boy" racing to protect the fabric heightens anticipation.

In the tvN weekend drama Typhoon Family, Kang Taepoong (JUNO of 2PM) roamed Apgujeong with his brand shirts and flowing bridge hair, serving as leader of the most popular "Apgujeong Street Boys".

During his peak popularity, nightclubs overflowed with pager messages like "584486 (I love you to death, big brother)" and "171771 (I love you)". Whether it was dancing or singing, he was always at the centre of attention. Taepoong was the very embodiment of "sparkling youth".

However, everything changed with the IMF currency crisis. To protect his father Kang Jin-yeong's (played by Song Dong-il) 26 years of work, Taepoong joined Typhoon Trading Company and became an employee there. It was during one such visit to a delivery site for Te-bang Textiles that he instinctively sensed the danger of unpaid debts. For a company that had been around for 30 years, there was absolutely no trace of the 'remnants of time' he had felt in his father's office.

Amidst the neatly emptied filing cabinets, disconnected telephone lines, and an air of excessive tidiness, Taepoong couldn't shake an ominous foreboding. This drove him to sprint with all his might to stop the truck loaded with fabric, even going so far as to throw himself in front of it.

His desperate gaze, suggesting he would accept any danger to protect the company, revealed his resolve to become a 'real employee' of Typhoon Trading, no longer just a 'playboy of Apgujeong'.

The flower petals that drifted onto Tepun's face at that moment made him realise, as his late father Kang Jin-yeong had said, that "only by striving to bear fruit can one prevail." This marked the opening act of Taepoong's fiery survival story.

And in Episode 3, airing on the 18th, the "Typhoon Night" he faces unfolds after his choice to block the cargo truck. The released still cut offers a glimpse of Kang Taepoong's resolve as he stands guard beside the fabric he blocked from delivery on a midwinter night.

Huddled in a single down jacket, clutching the fabric tightly, he burns with an intense sense of responsibility that cannot be dampened by the cold, and a resolve that "no one can take this away." Particularly, the scars on his face and his dishevelled appearance hint at just how brutal that night was.

Another still shows him supporting the falling fabric with his entire body, foreshadowing the tumultuous, collision-filled 'Typhoon Night'. This sparks viewers' curiosity about how Taepoong will endure this perilous night and successfully protect the fabric.

The production team states, "Taepoong never retreats, even in the face of crisis. Having switched to 'genuine employee' mode in 'The Playboy of Apgujeong', can Tepun defend the high-end imported fabrics vital to Typhoon Trading until the very end? Please watch 'Typhoon Night' and cheer him on together." Episode 3 of "Typhoon Family airs today (18th), Saturday, at 9:10pm on tvN.
