China's industrial companies' added value increased 6.5% year-on-year in September: Chinese media

According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the added value of industrial enterprises of a certain size (enterprises with annual main operating revenues of 20 million yen or more) increased by 6.5% in September compared to the same month last year.
Compared to the previous month, it showed an increase of 0.64%. In terms of added value by the three major sectors, mining increased by 6.4% compared to the same month last year, manufacturing increased by 7.3%, and the production and supply of electricity, thermal energy, gas and water increased by 1.2%.
By type of company, added value increased by 6.5% for state-owned companies, 6.8% for joint-stock companies, 5.8% for foreign, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan-invested companies, and 4.6% for privately owned companies.
By industry, the added value of 36 out of 41 industries maintained an increasing trend compared to the same month last year. By product category, the production volume of 362 out of 623 industrial products increased.
In September, the product sales rate of industrial enterprises of a certain size or larger was 96.7%, up 0.6 percentage points from the previous year. In addition, exports of industrial products increased by 3.8% to 1.476 trillion yen (
