According to the police on the 22nd (today), Seoul Yongsan Police Station received a report of a break-in and stalking incident on the 14th of this month.
A Korean woman, Ms. A, was referred to the prosecutor's office on suspicion of violating the JUNG KONG Act. Ms. A was arrested at around 11:20 pm on August 30th.
He broke into the parking lot of a detached house in Yongsan-gu where KOOK lives, and was arrested red-handed by police who were called after receiving a report.

The Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office granted a stay of prosecution to Mr. B, who was suspected of attempted burglary, on the 10th of last month. The prosecution said that Mr. B had not yet committed the crime.
The decision was made after he finally left Korea and was not considered to be at high risk of reoffending.
