ITZY to make a new start with comeback on the 10th ”Show off the teamwork they've built”

ITZY shared their feelings ahead of tomorrow's new album release.

ITZY will unveil their new mini-album TUNNEL VISION and its title track of the same name on the 10th. This marks their first new album in approximately five months since June's Girls Will Be Girls.

Prior to this, they directly announced their contract renewal news during their official fan meeting in September. The members shared their thoughts on this comeback following their contract renewals through their agency, JYP Entertainment.

Leader Ye Ji stated, "Precisely because it's a new start, we want to show everyone many different sides of ourselves. We've had many discussions about hoping to showcase our strong bond on stage, built through teamwork cultivated over what could be considered both a short and a long time. We've prepared diligently, so we'd be grateful for your warm support."

Lia revealed, "Somehow, I feel our bonds have deepened and we've reached a state where we can truly feel each other's affection. We all resolved together, 'Let's give our all for this album!'"

Ryujin expressed her affection for the fans, stating, "Thanks to our fans who always send us warm support, we promised to walk this path together from now on. Preparing this album, we felt we absolutely had to meet everyone's expectations."

Chaeryeong pledged, "We wanted to show MIDZY (our fans) that 'this is who we always are'. Having had more time, we'll show you how we've grown."

Yuna conveyed, "We prepared with our utmost to show you a more solidly grown version of ourselves. We ask for your continued interest and love."

The title track "TUNNEL VISION" is a dance number featuring a hip-hop-based beat and brass sounds that add a rich, weighty feel, with layered vocals maximising the immersive experience. It carries the message of pursuing light at one's own pace within a self-chosen immersion, caught between sensory overload and disconnection.

The new album, centred around the keyword "immersion", contains six tracks: opening with "Focus", followed by the title track "TUNNEL VISION", "DYT", "Flicker", "Nocturne", and "8-BIT HEART". Contributors include renowned American composer and producer Dem Joint, known for collaborations with international artists like Eminem and Rihanna, alongside Kenzie, a leading producer in K-POP.
