「NewJeans」MINJI&HANNI&DANIELLE、復帰意思明らかにしたが…
The remaining three members of NewJeans have also expressed their intention to return, but ADOR's reaction is lukewarm
MINJI, HANNI, and DANIELLE of the Korean girl group "NewJeans" have expressed their intention to return to ADOR, but ADOR is being cautious, saying they are "still confirming their true intentions."
On the 12th, NewJeans' Minji, Hanni, and Danielle said, "After careful discussion, we recently decided to return to ADOR."
They continued, "We will continue to show you music and performances that we put our heart into." They also stated, "One of our members is currently in Antarctica, so we apologize for the late notice.
However, as there was no response from ADOR, we were forced to announce our position separately," he said, explaining the reason for the delay in the announcement.
However, ADOR maintained a cautious stance, saying, "We are currently confirming the intentions of the three members regarding their intentions to return."
Unlike HAERIN and HYEIN, it seems like she has drawn a line as to whether or not she will return.
On the same day, ADOR's side announced, "New Jeans members HAERIN and HYEIN will be joining ADOR.
"After careful consideration with their families and sufficient discussions with ADOR, the two members have decided to respect the court's decision and remain dedicated.
"We have decided to abide by our contract," the agency said, adding, "ADOR will do its best to ensure that HAERIN and HYEIN can continue their entertainment activities smoothly."
This has raised interest in whether all five members of NewJeans will be able to return to ADOR and perform on stage as a complete group again.
Meanwhile, on the morning of the 30th of last month, the Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff in a lawsuit filed by management office ADOR against five members of "NewJeans" to confirm the validity of their exclusive contract.
Previously, NewJeans held a press conference in November last year to inform ADOR of the termination of their exclusive contract, and after changing their group name to NJZ, they continued their independent activities.
In response, ADOR filed an application for a provisional injunction on January 6th of this year to maintain the status of the entertainment agency and to prohibit the agency from entering into advertising contracts.
The court ruled that the five members of "New Jeans" were not allowed to enter into an advertising contract or maintain their status as an entertainment agency.
The court made a decision citing the application for a "provisional injunction prohibiting the use of the product." The court tried to mediate the matter twice, but the two parties were unable to reach an agreement.
