Jo Jung Suk kicks off his first nationwide concert tour with brilliance, ”I've only ever vaguely dreamed of this solo concert... I'm so grateful”

Actor and singer Jo Jung-suk's first nationwide tour concert opened its magnificent curtain in Busan.

Jo Jung-suk met fans over two days, the 21st and 22nd, at the Busan BEXCO Auditorium, where he raised the splendid curtain on his first nationwide tour, "CHO JUNG SEOK SHOW: SIDEB".

Thousands of spectators who had been awaiting his new performance gathered at the Busan concert venue, the tour's opening stop, demonstrating Jo Jung-suk’s immense popularity.

Jo Jung-suk delivered a nearly two-hour performance spanning 18 songs across each show, eliciting rapturous cheers from the audience. He opened the concert in spectacular fashion, performing the title track ‘CHAMPAGNE’ from his first full album, followed by consecutive renditions of ‘Aurora’, ‘The Man of the East’ and ‘Loving, for you’.

The concert featured diverse highlights. A dance medley stage, including ‘Soda Pop’, ‘Standing Next to You’, and ‘Uptown Funk’, followed, quenching the thirst of long-awaited fans.

Additionally, the audience erupted in cheers at the rich setlist, which felt like a condensed version of actor Cho Jung-seok's time, including the drama The Good Doctor OST ‘Aloha’, ‘In front of city hall at the subway station’, ‘Rain and You’, and ‘Oh! What a Shiny Night’.

Furthermore, this performance demonstrated an upgraded level of perfection with more dazzling stage production and special effects. Alongside his high-calibre live performance, it has garnered acclaim as one of Jo Jung-suk's most historic solo concerts to date.

Meanwhile, following the successful conclusion of his Busan performance, Jo Jung-suk will continue his nationwide tour concert "CHO JUNG SEOK SHOW: SIDE B", visiting Daejeon, Seoul, Daegu, Seongnam, and Gwangju.
