China's delivery industry grows rapidly, surpassing 100 billion deliveries 35 days earlier than last year: Chinese media

From January to October this year, the quality level of China's parcel delivery industry improved, demonstrating the vitality of the Chinese economy. With the spread of technologies such as drones and unmanned delivery vehicles this year, parcel delivery has become more efficient in terms of time and space.
According to the latest data, the volume of parcel delivery in January-October reached 162.68 billion, up 16.1% from the same period last year. China's parcel delivery business has dropped from an average of 10 billion parcels per year to 10 billion parcels per month.
The number of transactions is growing rapidly, reaching an average of 10 billion. The number of days it will take to reach 100 billion transactions is getting shorter each year, and this year it will reach 100 billion transactions 35 days earlier than the target number in 2024.
Along with the rapid growth in business volume, regional development has also become more organized, with delivery volume in Shaanxi Province, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region growing at a rate of over 30%.
As delivery items and service scenarios become more diverse, the delivery industry is constantly expanding its range of services.
