China's Manzhouli railway port surpasses 2 million tons of trade this year, ranking first in the country - Chinese media

At the Manzhouli Railway Port, China's largest land port (customs port), trade volume this year surpassed the 20 million ton mark as of the 27th, reaching 20,119,700 tonnes.
The Manzhouli railway port is the "eastern route" of the China-Europe freight train (international freight train), and is an important hub connecting Asia and the European market.
From January to November this year, 4,945 China-Europe freight trains passed through the Manzhouli railway port, with cargo transport volume reaching 512,396 TEU, showing steady growth.
The port has implemented various measures to improve transport efficiency, reducing the processing time for trade cargo to within two hours and improving customs clearance efficiency.
This represents a 10% increase from the initial plan. At the same time, the expansion of Manzhouli Station is underway, and it is expected that the level of cross-border freight transport services will be further improved in the future.
