A six-member girl group born from "2K." The group name "VCHA" comes from the Korean word "Bichuo," which means "to illuminate," and means "to brighten the world."
Episodes and anecdotes: On September 22, 2023, the six members were decided in the final episode of "A2K" and "VCHA" was formed. On the same day, the pre-debut single "SeVit" was released.
On December 1, 2023, they released "Ready for the World," the opening song for "A2K," as their pre-debut single.
On January 26, 2024, they made their official debut with the release of their first single, "Girls of the Year."
On December 8, 2024, KG decided to leave the group and filed a lawsuit against JYP Entertainment seeking to terminate their contract.
On July 12, 2025, KEI Lee left the group. On August 7, 2025, it was announced that the group's name would be changed to "GIRLSET." On August 8, 2025, KG left JYP Entertainment.
