Summary&Synopsis
You are far away (Korean: 님은 먼곳에) is a movie. The Korean release date is 2008-07-23. The running time is 126 minutes.
A love story that begins with the sad scars left by the Vietnam War.
Suni (Sue), a newlywed wife living in the countryside, decides to perform a song in front of the villagers.
It was my only job. One day, Suni visits her husband Sang-gil (Uhm Tae Woong), who has gone to the army, and returns home shocked to hear his husband ask, ``Do you love me?''
The following month, I went to see him as usual, but there I learned that San Gil had participated in the Vietnam War. Desperate to find her husband, Suni joins a comfort performance group and goes to Vietnam.
I'm leaving on a journey... The Korean movie "You Are Far Away" is set in 1971, at the height of the Vietnam War. What the two words "war" leave behind is nothing but painful and sad things in any era.
This work earnestly emphasizes the fact that there is no such thing. Korean actress Soo Ae, who plays the heroine Suni, sings and dances in the drama, strongly promoting herself. And what is noteworthy is that it looks like a watercolor painting.
A video. The film's visual technology leaves a lasting impression on the viewer even after the film is over, making it worth seeing.
