Disney+'s first original Korean historical drama starring Rowoon! The story takes place in a lawless Joseon dynasty where the clear blue Gyeonggang River has turned into a muddy river.
Two childhood friends who once dreamed of becoming military officers were separated before they could achieve their dreams. A few years later, the two who walked completely different paths met in the midst of a conflict.
They reunite. Si-yul (Rowoon), who hides his past and lives as a scoundrel, Eun (Shin Ye-Eun), who dreams of becoming the best merchant in Joseon, and Jeong (Park So-ham), who aspires to be an honest government official.
In these chaotic times, the destinies of three people who try to build their own world with unwavering conviction intersect.
