The story depicts the fierce world of a married couple who are constantly strangling each other. There are 16 episodes in total. Actress Kim Heui Ae plays Ji Sun-woo, a family medicine specialist and vice director of the Gosan City Family Sarang Hospital.
Actor Park Hae Joon plays Sun Woo's husband, film director Lee Tae Oh, while actress Han Seo Hee plays Yeo Da Kyung, Yeo Kyung Gyu's daughter.
Actor Kim Young Min will play Song Jae Hee-yook, Tae-oh's middle and high school classmate and accountant.
Actress Park Seon Yeong plays Go Ye-rim, Jae-hee-yook's wife and a full-time housewife.
Actress Choi Kook-hee plays Sol Myung-sook, a gynecologist at Family Love Hospital and a classmate of Theo and Jae-hee-yook. Actor Lee Kyung-young plays Yeo Byung-gyu, a powerful businessman in the area.
Byung-gyu's wife, Uhm Hyo-jung, will be played by actress Kim Sung-kyung.
