BTS' V's solo album "Layover" has surpassed 1.5 billion streams on global music platform Spotify, proving its popularity.
The album record for "Layover" surpassed 1.5 billion total streams on Spotify on May 24 (Korean time).
The record was reached in just nine days, making it the shortest time for a K-pop solo artist to reach the top. The album recorded 100 million streams on Spotify in the first week of release, and 300 million streams in 10 days.
It hit 400 million streams in 21 days and 500 million streams in 33 days. As of May 26, it is currently recording 1,505,230,000 streams.
"Layover" includes the title song "Slow Dancing," as well as "Rainy Days," "Blue," and "Love Me."
A total of six songs are included, including "Again," "For Us," and the bonus track "Slow Dancing (Piano Ver.)."
