The label ADOR and its group NewJeans announced today (3rd) that they have donated all proceeds from their university festival to the Korea Scholarship Foundation.
All donations made by ADOR and NewJeans will be used to help low-income college students with living and housing expenses.
ADOR and NewJeans said, "We performed at seven university festivals in one week and received a lot of love and support. We need help and support to express the love we received."
"I wanted to give back to the students who are in need. I'm grateful to have this opportunity," he said. The Korea Scholarship Foundation said, "Thank you for donating to help students who are struggling financially.
I would like to express my gratitude to ADOR and NewJeans for their support. They will do their best to help college students in difficult circumstances to continue their studies steadily, and they will continue to support scholarship recipients.
We hope that we will carry on the spirit of those who donated and become members of society who practice a virtuous cycle of sharing."
"NewJeans" will be launched at Korea University on May 25th, followed by Chosun University on the 27th and Dongwoo University on the 28th.
They performed at the university festivals of Seoul National University and Busan National University on the 30th, Dongguk University and Se Jeong University on the 30th, and Chung-Ang University on the 31st.
