Compose Coffee, modeled after BTS's V, sold for $550 million

It has been revealed that Korean low-cost coffee franchise COMPOSE COFFEE has sold 70% of its shares to a Philippine food company.
Jollibee Coffee currently operates around 2,600 franchisees in South Korea. According to Reuters, the company is also acquiring Philippine food manufacturer Jollibee Foods Corp.
On the 2nd (local time), ee Foods Corporation announced that it had acquired 70% of the shares of Korean coffee franchise Compose Coffee for $340 million (approximately 55 billion yen).
Jollibee Foods Corporation is a large food company listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
