"The Designer" is about a designer named Young-il (Kang Dong Won) who orchestrates contract killings with perfect accidental deaths, but is caught up in an unexpected incident.
This is a movie about a story that unfolds as the reader is drawn into it.
"In" was invited to the Midnight Screening category of the 77th Cannes International Film Festival.
This is a remake of director Chung Bo-soo's "Accident," which was directed by Lee Yo-seop, who directed the 2016 film "Queen of Crime," and Kang Dong-woo.
The main character, Yeong-il, is played by Kang Dong Won, who adds fresh material to the story, a contract killing operation orchestrated by an accident, and a TV Series-like story.
Kang Dong Won enhanced the perfection of the work with his captivating acting, freely switching between a cool gaze and delicate emotions.
Other actors include Lee Mu Saeng, Lee Mi Sook, Kim Hong Pa, Kim Shin Rock, Lee Hyun Ok, Lee Dong Hwi
Jung Eun Chae and Tang Jun Sang play characters involved in the mysterious incident, making the story even more immersive.
