Singer KANGDANIEL, who made his comeback after one year and three months with his new song "Electric Shock," appeared as a guest on "SHOW."
On the broadcast that day, KANG DANIEL announced that he will be enlisting in the military next year, saying, "Finally, I'm going." He said, "I dropped out of high school to enlist at the age of 19, but there were no applicants.
He added, "It was too much and I couldn't enlist." He also said he had a difficult time due to issues with the former management office, saying, "I didn't leave my house for three months.
I lost a lot of weight by just playing games and working on music without exercising," he confessed.
KANGDANIEL, who celebrated the 5th anniversary of his solo debut in July, will be holding a solo concert in October.
He said, "It's meaningful that we're holding the concert at the same place where we held the concert in Seoul two years ago.
He added, "We've been working on our vocal skills for the past year and three months, so I think fans will get a new feel from us."
Previously, KANGDANIEL revealed his plans to enlist in the military during an interview commemorating his comeback.
In an interview, he said, "I plan to enlist in the army next year, and I would like to enlist around the end of summer next year."
