Actor Lee Je Hoon is putting his efforts into child welfare. On the 2nd, the Green Umbrella Children's Foundation, a child welfare organization, announced that Lee Je Hoon has donated over 100 million won to the charity.
Lee Je Hoon announced that he has joined the Green Noble Club, a social club for children, as a regular sponsor in 2018, as he has shown an interest in supporting children in Korea and abroad.
Currently, we are continuing our relationship-building activities with eight children living in seven countries. In addition, we have been practicing sharing for the health, education, housing, care, and independence of Korean children, and we are very grateful for that.
Lee Je Hoon has been a public relations ambassador for the international relief and development organization OXFAM since 2015 and has been steadily carrying out sharing activities. He also works to support the underprivileged through multiple organizations.
It is spreading its positive influence in various fields such as patient support, support for vulnerable groups and public welfare activities, and emergency relief support. Lee Je Hoon, who has been providing regular monthly donations, recently donated a one-time donation.
The one-time donation will be used by Chorokusan to provide care and education for the healthy growth of infants in Rwanda.
Shin Jeong-won, head of the Social Contribution and Cooperation Division of Chorokusan, said, "We are grateful to Lee Je Hoon for his steady support for children and his important contribution to early childhood education in Rwanda.
"I will always try to be by my children's side so that the influence of sharing can spread," he said. Lee Je Hoon will appear in the JTBC TV series "Negotiation Skills (Hara)" which will be broadcast in the first half of next year.
He is currently in the middle of filming the drama "The Great Passage." In the second half of this year, he will appear in the tvN variety show "Finland Rental Living."
