I participated in the audio guide for "PASSION" and "donated my talent."
This exhibition focuses on the original paintings by Vincent van Gogh (1853-1890).
This is the largest exhibition ever to airlift 76 paintings from the Kröller-Müller Museum in the Netherlands to Korea. Ji Chang Wook, who enjoys global popularity, has traveled to South Korea to explore Van Gogh's artistic journey.
He will be in charge of the Korean audio guide for this highly anticipated exhibition, and will provide a special immersive experience with his reliable voice and communication skills.
In this recording, he aims to convey Van Gogh's passion and suffering.
Ji Chang Wook said, "I saw Van Gogh's work for the first time in New York some time ago and it was really powerful.
"I had an experience filled with emotion and inspiration," he said.
The 8 from the globally popular K-POP group SEVENTEEN participated in the recording of the Chinese audio guide.
Through the voice of this K-POP star, the audience can hear about Van Gogh's diverse works as well as feel his passion for art.
The 8 commented, "It was moving to see Van Gogh pouring all his passion into protecting what he loved to the end, even in a difficult situation."
This exhibition, co-hosted by HMG and MBN and organized by the Seoul Center Museum, is the first exhibition of Van Gogh's masterpieces to be held in Korea in about 12 years.
The exhibition will run from November 29 to March 16 next year at the Hangaram Art Museum in the Seoul Arts Center.
Reservations for the "Super Early Bird Tickets" for "GREAT PASSION" recorded the highest reservation rate as soon as they began, proving its popularity.
