He continued, "I gained a lot of weight during my service, so I lost about 14kg again and I think I'm now at the lowest weight of my solo career.
I decided to go on a diet and I think I did a good job," she said. "I worked hard on my exercise. I run and do weight training, and recently I've been learning martial arts as a hobby.
I think it was more about cutting down on food than anything else," he said. "I was so focused on my service that I didn't think about it much, but then I remembered something.
"My first thought was to express my gratitude to the fans who have been waiting for me. I also thought about how I could best express that gratitude."
He continued, "While I was in the military, I went to see some of the members' concerts, and the thought of wanting to perform on stage made a deep feeling in my heart. When I thought about that,
I didn't think so. So I watched the concert and went to the studio to work on music. I wanted to make better music, music that I wanted to make, but at the same time, I wanted to make more music that my fans wanted to hear.
