ENTERTAINMENT has teamed up with Japan-Korea joint idol boy band formation project "THE IDOL BAND: BOYS
The five-member boy band "Hi-Fi Un!corn" took home the stunning victory in the "MASTER PLANET BATTLE".
Members are Om TAEMIN (Vo), Takato Fukushima (Vo), Kim Hyung Yul (Gt), Song Ki Yoon (Ba), and Heo
The group is made up of five members, including Min (Dr). The group's name was chosen by CNBLUE's Jung Yong Hwa with the hope that the group would become a unicorn of the era with high-quality music.
In June 2023, the debut digital single "Over the Rainbow" will be released on iTunes.
It reached number one on the pop album charts and will be released as a package for the first time in November 2023.
The single "U & I" debuted at No. 4 on the Oricon weekly singles rankings and reached No. 1 on the Spotify Viral Chart (Japan) on STREAM.
In addition, the group will release their first full album "FANTASIA" in August 2024, which debuted at 10th place on the Oricon weekly album rankings.
They are an up-and-coming boys band. While dance and vocal groups are the mainstream in K-POP these days, we have high hopes for Hi-Fi Un!corn's future as they continue to pursue a band career.
