The OST (original soundtrack) of "When That Phone Rings," sung by Hyung Sik of the group BTOB, is gaining global popularity along with the hit TV series.
According to the latest chart released by the US Billboard (dated January 4th), Hyung Sik's "See The Phone" OST Part 1 of "When The Phone Rings" is
"Light" debuted at number 10 on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart.
"See The Light," which was officially released on November 30th last year, was inserted into a key scene in the TV series and left a strong impression on viewers.
After its premiere, "When That Phone Rings" swept the charts and Hot Topic indexes of various platforms, including Netflix, and its OST became a hit within a month of its release.
"When That Phone Rings" is a secret romance thriller starring actors Yoo Yun-seok and Choi Soobin, about a woman who is saved by a threatening phone call.
This is a story about a married couple who are in a marriage of convenience for three years.
"Light" features piano and guitar sounds in the first half of the song, and a richer instrumental composition in the second half.
