Changsub of the group BTOB will continue his nationwide tour this year. Changsub will be performing in Seoul from November 30th last year to the 5th of this month, and will also be performing in Gwangju, Busan, and Seoul.
He held his first solo nationwide tour "The Wayfarer," visiting six cities including Busan, Daegu, Suwon, and Cheongju.
On February 7th, 8th, and 9th, they will hold another "The Wayfarer" encore concert in Seoul, completing the tour.
Through the "Wayfarer" tour, Changsub proved his worth as a "live performance expert" with his solid singing ability and deep sensibility. Changsub's sincerity was conveyed through his highly polished live stage.
The audience was deeply touched and moved by the performance. In particular, Changsub performed all the songs with a band session, showing his musical spectrum that transcends genres.
All tracks from his first solo album "1991" including the double titles "33" and "OLD TOWN" and exclusive lyrics for "Yes, As I've Always Done"
The performances were well-received, including "Always," "Heavenly Love," which continues to be loved on the music charts, and "It's Like I Loved You," which was covered with Changsub's unique delicate vocals.
Changsub's excellent visuals and stage manners stood out as he wore different costumes for each performance in each region.
In Cheongju, Changsub wears a hanbok and performs on the stage of "BUMPBUMP" to welcome the new year.
In Gwangju, they showed off costumes based on Mudeungsan watermelon, a local specialty; in Busan, they showed off baseball uniforms; in Daegu, they showed off Santa Claus; and in Suwon, they showed off costumes based on suits.
In addition to "BUMPBUMP," the stage of "Sarahday Night, Stay" also featured Changsub's captivating performance, heightening the immersive feeling.
At the end of the Cheongju concert on the 5th, a poster was surprisingly revealed announcing the encore concert for "The Wayfarer" in Seoul in February.
With this, Changsub will be holding his Seoul concert at the Olympic Handball Stadium in Olympic Park, which is even larger than the previous one, teasing his reunion with the audience and raising expectations.
After finishing the last performance of the national tour, Changsub said, "It seemed like a long time but it went by in a flash.
To "MELODY" (official fan club name) who has traveled with us every time, and to all the audience members who have enjoyed our performances
I would also like to thank all the staff who worked so hard to make this performance possible."
He continued, "At the encore concert in Seoul, which will be held for three days from February 7th to 9th,
We will be upgrading our performance so that we can show you a better performance. See you again in a month," he said, raising expectations for the encore concert.
