BTS' JIMIN sets new record on global music streaming platform Spotify, further solidifying his position as an Asian artist
The title song "Who" from JIMIN's second solo album "MUSE" has surpassed 1.3 billion streams on Spotify in just 171 days since its release, becoming the top 100 in the Asian art world.
This is a remarkable record worldwide, having previously been surpassed by Harry Styles' "As It Was."
This is two days faster than the previous record of 173 days set by "Was."
With this achievement, JIMIN has become the first Korean solo artist to have two solo songs streamed over 1.3 billion times on Spotify.
The title track "Like Crazy" from the album "FACE" also recorded 1.3 billion streams in October last year.
