Lee Se Yeong shared her experiences as a reporter. On the 6th, Lee Se Yeong's YouTube channel was updated with a video titled "Best and worst celebrities as a reporter, putting on makeup while talking."
Lee Se Yeong revealed that before becoming a comedian, she started out in the entertainment industry as a reporter at the age of 21.
"There were a lot of informational programs," he said, revealing stories about the best and worst celebrities he has met.
Lee Se Yeong said, "One day, I was shooting a music video for an idol group.
He is still very popular now, but back then was the best, and every song he released was number one. He was often late. It's inevitable to be late on the set. It's not anyone's fault.
We had to wait for a while, but instead of waiting in the car, we decided to wait until the idols were coming and going so that we could find time to do the interview at the venue.
"If the timing was right, I would have had to improvise a question," he said. "While eating lunch, I thought, 'I have to do an interview,'" he said.
The interview had already been done, so our team was the last one left. Just as I was wondering what to do, the manager suddenly came and said sorry for making the members wait.
"He said he would hurry up with the interview. I was really grateful. I remember that even though the shoot was delayed, he interviewed me for over 20 minutes," he recalled.
Lee Se Yeong added that the main character was Jung Yong Hwa of CNBLUE. In addition, BIGBANG, who was the most popular at the time, was also a sincere and fun idol.
Lee Se Yeong said, "I don't really like to mention real names, but there was a star I once met who was really difficult to interview.
"I went to the interview, but it seems I was feeling unwell that day," he said, "Before the interview, my manager came and asked me to shorten the interview time because I was not feeling well."
I was given 15 minutes. I was asked to make it shorter than that, so I went in feeling nervous, but from start to finish, I only got very short answers."
He continued, "For example, if you ask 'Please say hello,' you'll say 'Hello,' if you ask 'What kind of shoot is it?' you'll say 'It's a gravure shoot,' if you ask 'What's the concept?'
"Is this a gravure shoot for Tohru?" "Spring." It was also because I didn't have enough skills at the time. When asked, "What did you prepare?" I replied, "I didn't prepare anything," and "The pose was natural, but I didn't prepare anything."
When asked, "Did you just leave the interview or did you leave immediately?" he said, "I just did it." Lee Se Yeong said, "I think I was feeling unwell that day. My manager told me to stop in front of the interview, so I just left the interview.
It ended without us being able to have a proper interview."
