EXO's Chanyeol's new album ”Upside Down” contains ”empty self-portraits”

With the first anniversary of his solo debut approaching, EXO's Chanyeol will be showcasing his mature attitude towards life in his new solo album.
According to SM Entertainment's management office on the 15th, Chanyeol will be released on August 25th.
In our second mini album "Upside Down," we have put together the various emotions we feel in life. This album is meant to allow us to experience the refreshing moments and the dark moments of life together through music.
"High & Dry" recorded on this album is a slow tempo pop song influenced by country and pop rock.
The combination of acoustic guitar and pedal stills guitar creates a warm and lonely atmosphere in this song, and the lyrics talk about finding your true self even in the midst of emptiness and lethargy.
Another track on the record, "123 Dance," features a vintage, rough texture created by old school drums and an excited synth bass.
The song is a hip-hop number that features a dynamic vocal style. The lyrics of the song talk about remembering the people who support you and giving your best every moment, as well as Chanyeol's dynamic vocals.
On August 31st, Chanyeol will be performing his solo debut 1st anniversary concert "CHANYEOL [Upside Down]" at the YES24 Live Hall.
After pre-sale tickets went on sale, the show quickly sold out.
