The musical "Death Note," an adaptation of the Japanese manga of the same name, is a tense portrayal of the intense battle of wits between genius high school student Light Yagami and the great detective L.
Seong Kyu (INFINITE) will be appearing as a musical actor for the first time in about 11 months since the musical "Kinky Boots" which ended in Korea last November.
He will be returning as L. Fans have been eagerly anticipating his appearance, as he is highly synchronized with the role of L.
B1A4's Sandeul convincingly portrays L's inner anguish and complex emotions through his intense energy and delicate emotional expression.
Tang Jun Sang has proven his wide acting range by working across genres, including not only on stage but also in TV series and movies.
Just as he has confidently captured characters with his outstanding talent up until now, he is expected to show even more growth as an actor.
Kim Min Seok, who plays Light Yagami, made his musical debut in "Hadestown" last year. He received high praise for his beautiful singing voice and stable acting skills, and won the 9th Korea Musical Award.
He has been active since then and is attracting attention as to what kind of charms he will show this time.
The musical "Death Note" will begin previews on October 14th and run until May 10th, 2026 in Seoul.
The performance will be held at the D-CUBE LINK ARTS CENTER in Sindorim. Ticket reservation details will be announced at a later date.
