CEO of FIFTY FIFTY's Office loses civil lawsuit against ”That's what I want to know”

In a lawsuit filed by the defendant, who demanded 300 million won in damages for the allegedly false statements, the court ruled that "it is reasonable to conclude that these statements did not constitute false statements."

In the "Famous Group - Who Broke Their Wings" episode, the exclusive contract dispute of "FIFTY FIFTY" was highlighted, and ATTRAKT and CEO Jung Hong-joong's position was insufficient.
The media was involved in a biased reporting affair, with the media reporting the claims of "FIFTY FIFTY" one-sidedly and emotionally. 1,146 complaints were filed with the Korea Communications Review Commission.
Afterwards, CEO Jung Hong-joong filed a complaint against the CP and PD of "That's What I Want to Know" for defamation by falsely stating facts (Article 307, Section 2 of the Criminal Law).
However, the court ruled that "it cannot be recognized that the contents of the broadcast constituted false facts or that they were broadcast with the knowledge that they were false," and ruled that ATTRAKT lost the case.
The court also reportedly asked ATTRAKT to cover legal costs. ATTRAKT plans to appeal the decision.
"Fifty" is in legal dispute, only Kina returned to ATTRAKT, and the remaining three members released their exclusive contracts. ATTRAKT has four new members.
