”What happened?” A car ”fell through” a first-floor apartment building in South Korea

In South Korea, a car crashed into the first floor of an apartment building, injuring two people. The incident occurred at around 6:42 pm on the 13th in Cheonan City, Chungcheongnam-do.
A car driven by a man in his 50s, A, crashed into an apartment building, injuring both the driver A and an apartment resident, Mr. B (in his 80s).
The two were taken to hospital and are currently receiving treatment.
The police discovered that A was hitting a speed bump (a speed limiting device) when entering the apartment building.
It is believed that the accident occurred after A crossed a road (a raised strip on the road to slow down cars). As a result of the police investigation, it was confirmed that A was not drunk driving.
A police official said, "We are currently investigating the details of the accident."
