JFEX, which was held in 2013, is a B2B food trade fair with approximately 400 companies participating from 21 Asian countries. The products, which combine simple cooking with sophisticated flavors, were highly praised at a local tasting event and are expected to sell for $4.49 million (approximately 660 million yen) in exports.
The consultation was held. Samjin C&F Co., Ltd. in Namyangju City attracted the interest of Japanese buyers with snacks such as mini pretzels and cheese balls.
The unique products were well received, and lively discussions were held on the spot regarding exports. The Gyeonggi Provincial Economic Science Promotion Agency (GSE) will continue to cooperate with the Gyeonggi Business Center (GBC) Tokyo after the exhibition ends.
Through agency services and online business negotiation ARRANGING, the company plans to continue providing systematic follow-up support to ensure that the results of business negotiations lead to actual contracts.

"We were able to confirm the growth potential of K-food in the region," he said. "We will do our best to provide follow-up support so that the results of the companies' business negotiations can lead to actual exports."
Meanwhile, the Gyeonggi Provincial Economic Science Promotion Institute has been participating in the Japan International Food Exhibition since 2023 and has been achieving continuous success.
Participants included 206 companies, and a record of export consultation results of 36.48 million dollars (approximately 5.3 billion yen) was recorded through 206 business negotiations. Of this, 12.41 million dollars (approximately 1.8 billion yen) was actually concluded, and the number of companies in the Japanese market was 1.2 billion yen.
This proves the competitiveness of K-food.
