A participant of the music channel Mnet's new boy group survival show "BOYS II PLANET," which is about to premiere, has been embroiled in a "personality problem."
On the 17th, an online post exposing the story of "BOYS II PLANET" participant A became a hot topic. The author of the post was participant A.
However, when he was a trainee at a certain entertainment agency, he was favored by high-ranking staff members within the company, and he used this as a weapon to treat some staff members like subordinates, treat them rudely, and bully other trainees.
The creator also claimed that when he was a trainee, Participant A had skipped dance lessons to go drinking and travel abroad, which raised suspicions that he had committed public treason.
The author of the post also revealed that many trainees had suffered mental distress and had received treatment because of participant A.
In relation to this, the production staff of "BOYS II PLANET" told Edaily on the same day, "We are aware of the seriousness of the matter.
"We are currently checking the facts regarding the revelations made through social media," the production staff said.
"We have learned the exact details through people who worked at the company and other close associates, and we are also closely examining whether there are any grounds for legal issues apart from this."

"BOYS II PLANET" will be broadcast on the 17th at 9:20 pm.
The Chinese version will be broadcast on the 18th at 9:20 pm.
The first episode of the drama will be "BOYS II PLANET C," which will air on Mnet, TVING, ABEMA, Viu, Viki, iQIYI and other OTT platforms in Korea and abroad.
The number of members and activity period of the project boy group Debut Team have yet to be decided.
