President Shin learns from police officer Choi Cheol (Kim Sung Oh) that the last person Dong-hee's doctor spoke to before he died was Heo-jun, the director of the National Legal Hospital.
Cheol also speculates that Heojun may be Dong-hee's mastermind or a new target, creating tension.
President Shin visits Heojun's house to find out the answer, and there he finds Donghee attacking Cheol with a knife.
Witnessing the horrific scene, Heo-jun rushes Cheol to the hospital in a tense atmosphere, while CEO Shin follows Dong-hee, who calmly leaves the scene with a meaningful smile.
Shin, who had been following the eerie pattern of someone dying every time money was deposited into Dong-hee's account, realized that this was an exceptional case.

However, Heojun appears to have emerged as a new ally for CEO Shin and Cheol in their pursuit of Dong-hee.
The plot twist occurred due to a connection with an unexpected person. Kim Young-woo (Jo Hee-bong), the former husband of Madam Chu (Woo Mi-hwa), the CEO of the club "Secret", secretly came to the club under some pretext.
The person who was demanding money from him was Heojun, and it was eventually revealed that she was having a secret affair with Donghee. In particular, she was standing nervously and fidgeting in front of Heojun with her hands together.
