In order for BIGBANG complete body to be seen in Japan, it is necessary to satisfy all of the following three conditions.

* TOP was sentenced to "sentence of declaration" in the judgment of July 20, it is confirmed.

* There will be no additional problems for 2 years and will be "dismissed".

* The Immigration Bureau of the Ministry of Justice of Japan does not interpret "dismissal" as "punished".



The third condition is Japanese law as follows.

Persons who have been sentenced to violation of laws and regulations of Japan or other countries concerning crackdown on narcotics, hemp, opium, stimulant drugs or psychotropic drugs.



Even if it is "fine penalty" or "execution suspension" instead of "prison sentence" it is interpreted as "sentenced to being sentenced."



Currently, there is no system of "delayed sentence" in Japan, and it is not certain how to interpret "disinclination" due to the delay of declaration.
