Man in his 40s arrested and charged with kidnapping of Dobong-gu elementary school student = South Korean prosecutors

A man in his 40s who threatened to kidnap an elementary school student with a deadly weapon while he was on his way to school, and then tried to extort more than 20 million yen from his parents has been handed over to a court in a state of custody.
