March 1st marks the 105th anniversary... Traffic is paralyzed in Seoul due to gatherings

On the afternoon of the 1st, which marked the 105th March 1st (Independence Movement Day), large and small rallies and demonstrations were held throughout downtown Seoul. As a result, some roads have been restricted, causing serious traffic congestion.
