Woman found naked and bleeding in parking lot... Another woman targeted nearby (South Korea)

A woman in her 20s was found naked and bleeding in a parking lot near a university in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province. The assailant, a man in his 20s, had assaulted another woman just 40 minutes earlier.
