Japan reaffirmed in its diplomatic bluebook that "Takeshima (Dokdo, or Liancourt Rocks) is Japanese territory." In addition, the Supreme Court of Korea issued a ruling against a Japanese defendant company in a lawsuit regarding former forced laborers.
