US becomes battleground for top three foundries; Samsung Electronics to build factory in Texas - South Korean report

Three major foundries (contract manufacturers of semiconductors), Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (TSMC), Samsung Electronics, and Intel Co., Ltd., appear to be accelerating the construction of factories in the United States.
