”Food was stringy” - Dozens of people victimized by ”habitual refund couple” in South Korea

A couple in Yeongje-gu, Busan, South Korea, who had been habitually ordering food delivery services and then getting refunds because the food was "stringy," have been sued by the restaurant owner.
