North Gyeongsang Province sends special envoy to learn about Japan's measures to combat declining birthrates (South Korea)

North Gyeongsang Province, located in the southeastern part of South Korea, has sent a special envoy to Tottori Prefecture and Nagi Town in Okayama Prefecture, Japan, which are known as excellent local governments in terms of measures to combat the declining birthrate, in order to benchmark examples of measures to combat the declining birthrate.
