North Korea launches seventh ”dirty balloon” following ballistic missile provocation - South Korean report

On the 26th, it was confirmed that North Korea had launched what was believed to be a dirty balloon toward South Korea. At around 9:13 pm on the 26th, the Joint Chiefs of Staff issued a statement saying, “North Korea has launched what is believed to be a dirty balloon toward South Korea.”
