”A thunderous sound, it came flying in” - Security camera footage of Seoul runaway accident (South Korea)

A vehicle ran into a sidewalk near City Hall Station in Jung-gu, Seoul, South Korea, resulting in a major accident with 13 deaths and injuries. Security camera footage from near the accident site showed the vehicle running into citizens.
