Yoo Byung-un's eldest son loses lawsuit claiming ”tax on returned EMBEZZLEMENT money is unfair”

Yoo Dae-gyun, the eldest son of the late Yoo Byung-un, chairman of Semo Group, filed a lawsuit claiming that the tax treatment on EMBEZZLEMENT money was unjust, but lost the case in the Supreme Court.
