The Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries issued a red tide warning at 2 p.m. on the 2nd. The warning was issued this week after the National Institute of Fisheries Science and Technology announced on the 28th of last month that red tide had appeared in Cheonsuman Bay, South Chungcheong Province.
