Patient dies after being restrained in psychiatric hospital... Yang Jae-eun's hospital undergoes on-site investigation (South Korea)

Following the death of a patient at a hospital where well-known psychiatrist Yang Jae-eun serves as director, the National Human Rights Commission of Korea (NHRC) plans to investigate the hospital and Yang within this month.
