Typhoon 18 heading for the Korean Peninsula... Possible impact early next month = South Korea

There are observations that Typhoon 18 is moving toward the Korean Peninsula. The Korea Meteorological Administration's National Typhoon Center announced on the 28th that "Typhoon 18 KRATHON will pass through the Philippines at 9 a.m. today."
