South Korean President Yoon Seok-youl will meet with Lao Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba in Vientiane, Laos. The South Korean Presidential Office announced on the 9th that Yoon will be attending the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit.
